Megan and Patrick’s story starts with something Megan once said she’d never do, join a dating app. But on a small (and slightly questionable) Christian dating app, everything changed.

At the time, Megan was living in Denver, Colorado, and Patrick was in Charlotte, North Carolina. By what they can only describe as God’s perfect timing, they matched while Patrick was in Denver for work. Even though a long-distance relationship wasn’t exactly part of the plan, neither of them could ignore how quickly they were drawn to each other.

After weeks of constant calls, FaceTimes, and texts, Megan took a leap of faith and flew to Charlotte to meet Patrick for the first time. From that moment on, it was clear, this was something special.

Just three months later, God made a way for Patrick to move to Denver for a new job, closing the distance between them. From the very beginning, their relationship has been filled with peace, clarity, and so much joy, along with an undeniable sense that God has been at the center of it all.

Safe to say, Megan is very glad she gave that dating app a chance.
